Yesterday I finally got my act together. I downloaded steam and bought Halflife 2, Day of Defeat Source and Counterstrike Source. I’ve only had a few round of the two source games so far, but I can tell you it havnt been an all positive experience. Sudden crashes, which have NEVER been a problem with other games Ive played, happened a few times.
Graphics are much better than the first releases, but the controls seem a little slower. It could just be that im out of practise, but it seems its somewhat harder to get headshots.
I might a little more later about the games, but I doubt any one is interested, as these games have been out since the cold war ended.
